Backend-as-a-Service Platform
Launched December 1, 2025. First ranking signals within 6 weeks.
The challenge
The founder was the only person who could write technical content that resonated with developers. If he was busy, inbound simply stopped. Freelancers could not write without deep involvement, and every article idea had to start from, be validated by, and reviewed by the founder. The company was consistently missing trends like vibe coding, AI app building, and new backend patterns because nobody was explaining how the product fit into them.
What changed
Deployed Contentship as the content operating system. The founder shifted from writing every article to reviewing and approving Content Units produced by the system. Strategic direction stayed with the founder (10-20 minutes per week), while Contentship handled SERP analysis, content production, optimization, and distribution preparation.

Key insight
SEO typically takes 6-9 months to show results. This team started seeing signals in the first month and a half. The founder went from being the bottleneck to spending 10-20 minutes per week on content direction.
“In December and January alone, we saw 3x growth in organic traffic. SEO should take 6-9 months to show results. We started seeing signals in the first month and a half.”
How we measure
All data comes directly from Google Search Console. We compare equivalent time periods (same number of months, same domain scope) before and after deploying Contentship.
We do not cherry-pick metrics. Every case study shows clicks, impressions, average position, and CTR. If a metric went down (like CTR when impressions grow significantly), we report it.
Position improvements reflect the aggregate average across all ranking queries. Individual keyword positions vary. Impressions growth often outpaces click growth because the system targets long-tail queries that expand the keyword footprint.
What this means for your team
Every company featured here had the same problem: 11.5 hours of internal labor per article, a founder or expert as the bottleneck, and content that stopped whenever that person was busy. Contentship removed the bottleneck without removing the human.
For the expert
10-20 minutes per week on direction and approval. No more writing every article.
For the company
Consistent content output that does not depend on one person's availability.
For the pipeline
Inbound that compounds. Articles that rank and drive traffic for months.
